Rainy Day Inspiration for April Showers

Spring has sprung, but April showers can sometimes put a damper on your outdoor plans. A little rain doesn't have to mean a boring day.
The weather has finally fallen on our side with recent temperatures in the high 20’s. Where better to sit and relax than by the river with a south westerly breeze and a cool drink.
There is so much to take in, the novice paddle boarders trying to stand up on their boards, kayaks with parents towing their children in their mini kayaks, rental boats http://www.willowwaymarina.co.uk/boat-hire.html with families on board, excited to see the swans with their cygnets and ducks with their ducklings. Then not forgetting the ferry boat http://bournemouthboating.co.uk/ taking passengers from Tuckton Tea Gardens to Christchurch Quay and on to Mudeford Beach to enjoy the seaside and have a drink and bite to eat in the Beach House café https://beachhousecafe.co.uk/
We are now fully booked until week commencing Saturday 25th September 2021. Please do not hesitate to contact me via email or telephone if there is a specific week you would like to come and stay, or just put your name on our cancellation list for the ‘just in case’ scenario.

By booking directly with myself a deposit is taken and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Should you prefer to book online the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.
Next year 2022, our change over day will be moving to a Friday. I have made this decision because our check in times, this year, changed to between 4pm and 6pm. This will now mean that you will get a full weekend of relaxation.
In my last blog I mentioned a couple of new places that have recently opened in Christchurch, this time I would like to mention Renoufs Pantry on the High Street, offering atrisan cheese, great chacuterie, fine wines and superb local produce. Definitely worth popping in to speak to the team of Cheesemongers and Sommeliers. www.renoufswinebars.co.uk
