Its finished being built, it has been used numerous times and it is amazing. The best pizza’s I have tasted in a long time. The easy to use gas pizza oven is ready to use in 20 minutes and cooks the pizza in record time, 1.5 minutes.
Using all the best fresh ingredients and rolling the dough to the thickness you prefer (mine is thin and crispy) makes it a great evening for the family to enjoy their homemade yumminess. Once the dough is rolled top with tomato passata followed by grated mozzarella and the toppings of your choice, salami, prochitto, chorizo, chicken, ham, mushroom, fig, caramalised onions etc. etc. etc. Ooooo and not forgetting the all-important garlic bread to start with.
You can purchase your pizza dough from me at a cost of £1 per ball and then enjoy eating your homemade pizza whilst sitting by the river and watching the boats go by accompanied by a chilled beer. Could it get any better.
Our Outback BBQ is also available for our customers to use. A super place to buy your fresh meat, vegetables and local produce is at one of the local farm shops. Ferndene Farm Shop, 2 Bashley Cross Rd, New Milton BH25 5SY or Crow Farm Shop, 169 Crow Ln, Ringwood BH24 3EA. Also selling fresh bread, jams, pickles and eggs. If you would like to pick your own strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, red/blackcurrants, runner beans and plums head to Sopley Farm, Derritt Ln, Sopley, Christchurch BH23 7AZ or Cat and Fiddle Farm and Café, Lyndhurst Rd, Dorset BH23 7DS.
Both the BBQ and Pizza oven do have to be booked before use, once you are here and settled in to your accommodation just let me know your preferred date and time.
