Bournemouth Air Festival
In a couple of weeks, 29th August, we have the start of the Bournemouth Air Festival link 4 days of aviation action and entertainment. You will see vintage aircraft, parachute teams, aerobatic displays, wing walkers and pyrotechnics. Have a look at their web site to see the full programme of events and the best way to get there, it really is worth a visit.
Fireworks
The Bournemouth firework season has started, every Friday evening during August at 10pm fireworks are set of from Bournemouth Pier. Every Thursday on Poole Quay is Rockley's Summer Spectacular, fabulous FREE live music, entertainment and fireworks, a party atmosphere on the quayside finishing with a firework finale over the largest natural harbour in Europe at 10pm!
Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf
A brand-new pitch and putt adventure golf experience has just opened in the centre of Bournemouth, Pier Approach. Play through waterfalls and keep a watchful eye out for the daring Moonshadow Gang. Have a look at the web site link for further information.
Toms and Dirty Gerties in Christchurch
Toms a new bar in the centre of Christchurch has recently opened offering food and drink options morning, noon and night, tapas dishes are paired with quality fine wines and cocktails. Dirty Gerties has a very extensive list of gin’s on offer which caters for all gin lovers, whether you’ve got a sweet tooth or you’re more the slow sipping smooth and dry drinker. Alternatively, for the less gin inclined, they do serve local beer and cheese and wine. The New Forest

Two days of fishy fun, delicious food and drink stalls from local artisan producers. With demonstration kitchens to feed your culinary curiosity, plus live music stage to keep the party going with some great bands bringing you soul, jazz, blues, ska and a load of classic sunshine tracks.
